Stonebridge Pabich Homes has uniquely modified its custom home building to avoid common pitfalls people often encounter in the home building process, thus helping to ensure that the entire construction experience will be an enjoyable one.

Avoiding Pitfall #1 - Miscommunications

We have virtually eliminated miscommunication between the builder and owners by developing a very precise set of specifications. We meet with you and discuss your preferences in depth until we have developed specifications that set forth your desires perfectly. Your home is then constructed in accordance with these very precise specifications so you are assured of getting exactly the home you want.

Avoiding Pitfall #2 - Cost Overruns

A second pitfall of custom building often occurs when the builder charges the owner for cost overruns the owners were not expecting, nor had financed for. This will not occur with Stonebridge Pabich Homes. Once you sign a construction contract with our company, the price fixed in the contract is the price you will pay at the end of the project.

The only exceptions are changes you choose to make after contract and staying within your allowances for personal taste items such as flooring, lighting, cabinetry, fireplaces, etc.  For project changes you choose to make, we provide you with detailed change order pricing for your approval.  In regard to your allowances, we match your allowance amounts to your described tastes to help you stay within your budget.  Otherwise there is absolutely no cost overrun risk to you when you build with our firm.

Avoiding Pitfall #3 - Lack of Follow-up Warranty

At Stonebridge Pabich Homes, we pride ourselves in unsurpassed customer service. Upon project completion, in addition to all manufacturer's guarantees, we give you a 1-year warranty on all parts and labor against any and all construction defects as set forth in the residential construction performance guidelines adopted by the National Association of Home Builders. We give you a booklet of these guidelines for your constant reference. You will live in comfort knowing that we built the best home possible and that we stand behind our product with exceptional follow-up service.

We like to meet with you at your earliest convenience to both reiterate and review all of our custom home building information, as well as discuss our planning and development services that will result in a complete custom home plan to perfectly fit your wants and desires. We discuss with you a project schedule and direct you on when and what choices you will need to make throughout the project and keep in constant communication to avoid any confusion or miscommunication.
