How do I guard against cost overruns?

When you sign a construction contract with Stonebridge Pabich Homes, our contract guarantees that we will build your home for the price that is stated in your contract. Only you can change that price by pre-approved change orders. If, after signing a contract, you wish to change your project in any way, we will give you detailed pricing information and will not place the change into effect until you give us your written approval.
