As a charter member of Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association, Pat helped pioneer the Chippewa Valley "Parade of Homes" and has won multiple "People's Choice" awards over the years.

William Mattson, Home Construction Controller

Your custom home building project will be controlled by William Mattson, who will guide you through the entire home building process, from plan customization to developing your own custom home specifications.

William has an extensive background as a previous City Administrator, Building Inspector and Zoning Administrator, retiring from government service to conduct efficiency evaluations for corporate reorganization.

For the past 12 years, William has been assisting builders by providing management of their project budgets, bidding, contracts, financing, bookkeeping and all other cost control aspects.
